Schedule of and Fees | 2014-15
New Student Application Fees (Non-Refundable): Families making application for the first time or who
are reapplying to transfer back are required to pay these per student fees. All application fees must
accompany the student application to begin the application process at CCA. The registration fees are as
follows:
Registration fee for one child $125
Registration for family $150

Book & Activity Fee (Non-refundable): Textbooks Fees (Non-refundable): All students are assessed a
textbook fee. Call for an application for tuition assistance (does not include registration, book or activity
fees). All completed applications must be postmarked no later than July 1, 2014.
K4: $50 Kindergarten through 9th grade: $275

Tuition & Payment Options:
Tuition may be paid annually, semi-annually, or in monthly installments. A discount will be applied for
families paying the total family's annual tuition cost prior to August 31, 2014. Unless another option is
selection the first payment shall be due on the first day of August and the last payment shall be due on
the first day of May. Payments received after the 5th of the month in any given school year will be
assessed a late fee ($25).
Note: As of December 2015, the tuition rate will increase by 3% for the 2016-17 school year and
thereafter. The changes are noted below.

CCA Personnel Discounts for full or half-time employees are listed in the CCA Personnel Handbook.
Financial aid can be applied for by choosing Financial Aid from the Menu and following the steps noted
on the page. All application for Financial Aid will be due by April 18, 2015.
